Raw Material Preparation & Dosing
Sand, lime, cement, anhydrite, and water are mixed with a trace amount of aluminum powder. Computer-controlled batching ensures exact recipes tailored to structural density classes (D300–D700).

Unlike standard blocks, AAC floor, roof, and wall panels require internal steel reinforcement to handle flexural and tensile loads. Our factories feature automatic cage welding systems that apply anti-corrosion coating to high-tensile steel mesh prior to casting.
This state-of-the-art process integrates structural design parameters directly with the factory production line. MHE structural engineers review panel spans, load criteria, and deflection limits, mapping the reinforcement directly to shop drawings.
